Our Campus - Coming in 2024
Vita Nova Maternity Community has under contract the former campus of Nebraska Christian College. This 46-acre campus, featuring six buildings, allows us to serve women who are pregnant and in crisis as well as women with other children in their care who are pregnant and in crisis. Our campus has space for residential living, offices for staff, classrooms for instruction, childcare, and space dedicated to local service providers who collaborate in our work.
Our campus is located near numerous large employers such as Amazon, Oriental Trading, and Facebook. Vita Nova intends to develop relationships with these firms to create employment opportunities for our mothers. The new campus will also allow us space to offer childcare with a strong focus on early childhood development.

Primary Care Residential Buildings
- Building 1 will be home to 20 women who are pregnant and enrolled in our Primary Care Services program. Building 2 will be home to 10 women who are pregnant with other children in their care (0-10).
- The dormitories have amenities that include a full-service cafeteria, laundry facility, common areas for gatherings, office space for staff, classrooms, library, technology center, baby boutique and nursery.
The Duplexes
8 beautiful 2-bedroom duplexes will be available to Vita Nova alumni who exemplify leadership and are on a trajectory of increasing and enhancing their education and employment training.
